Emanuel King

King was drafted by both the Birmingham Stallions of the USFL and the Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL (first round, 22nd overall) in 1985.  King signed with the Bengals and spent four seasons there (1985-88) with his most productive year coming in 1986 when he played all 16 games and recorded 9 sacks. After being released by Cincinnati, King signed with the Los Angelas Raiders in 1989 and spent one season with them.  With the start of the WLAF in 1992, King was drafted by the Montreal Machine  As a free agent, King was signed by Ottawa in January of 1993, but released just prior to the start of the 1993 season.  The Sacremento Gold Miners then signed King in September of 1993.
