Roger Reinson

Roger Reinson was a fifth round drft pick of the Calgary Stampeders in the 1994 CFL College draft, and went on to have a 11 year CFL career. Reinson was used mainly on special teams where he excelled with seven seasons with 10 or more special teams tackles and three seasons of 20 or more with a career high of 27 in 1997. Reinson played his first six seasons with the Stampeders (1994-99). Reinson played in two Grey Cups with the Stamps, winning in 1998 and losing in 1999. Reinson became a free agent after the 199 season and signed with the BC Lions for 2000, just in time to go to his third straight Grey Cup and his second win. The Lions released Reinson in July of 2001 before he played anygames for them that year and he was signed by Edmonton where he played the next four years (2001-04). Reinson went to three more Grey Cups with the Eskimos, losing in 2002 and winning in 2003 and 2005. In 2005, Reinson missed the entire season, but returned for one playoff game and the Grey Cup.
