Charlie Turner

Charlie Turner played 12 years in the CFL from 1967 to 1979 (he didn't play in 1969).  Turner started his CFL career with Hamilton, and played three seasons in the steel city (1967, 1968 and 1970).  Turned moved to Edmonton in 1971 and played 8 years for the Eskimos.  In those years, Turner won five West All-Stars at offensive tackle (1972, 1973, 1974, 1975 and 1977).and three CFL All-Stars (1973, 1974 and 1975).  Turner was twice nominated as Edmonton's candidate for the Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award (1975 and 1977) and won the CFL Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 1975.
