Bruce Wilkins

 

Bruce Wilkins was born in Montreal and started his college football career at Bishop's where he played three seasons.  Wilkins was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in 1977, and was returned to college ball where he transferred to Concordia for his final two seasons.  Wilkins played in the American-Canadian Bowl in 1978 and was an Ontario-Quebec university all-star at fullback in 1979. Saskatchewan obtained his rights for a player to be named plater and he joined the green and white in 1980. After one season with Saskatchewan in 1980, Wilkins played a season with the Bombers in 1981..
