Dan Yochum

Dan Yochum was a top notch offensive tackle with Montreal for nine seasons from 1972-1980.  Yochum played his college football with Syracuse and was named a Look All-American in his senior season.  Yochum was a first round draft pick (28th overall) by the Philadelphie Eagles in the 1972 NFL draft, but instead signed with Montreal.  In his nine seasons in the CFL, Yochum won East Division All-Star honours for seven of those years (consecutive from 1973-79), and four CFL All-Stars (1975, 1976. 1977 and 1978).  Yochum was named the Outstanding Offensive Lineman in the CFL in 1976, and was also Montreal's nominee for the award in 1977 and 1978.  Dan Yochum was named to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2004.
