CONFERENCE SEMI-FINALS
Sat Nov 8 - MONTREAL 25, Ottawa 21 (17304) - Al QB Gerry Dattilio, who completed 13 of 27 passes for 160 yards, said the lack of fan support had nothing to do with his team's offence, that compiled 337 yards. Skip Walker ran for 116 yards on 12 carries and two TDs
Sun Nov 9 - WINNIPEG 32, Calgary 14 (31622) - Nobody expected Winnipeg Blue Bomber RB Mark Bragagnolo to rush for 100 yards. The Bombers, led by Dieter Brock, jumped out to a 21-0 first-quarter lead, survived a furious comeback and controlled the final quarter for the victory. Bragagnolo scored two TDs in the opening quarter and added a third in the fourth

CONFERENCE FINALS
Sat Nov 15 - EDMONTON 34, Winnipeg 24 (43346) - The Eskimos sacked Dieter Brock seven times and limited the Bombers to 219 yards total offence. Edmonton finished with 383 yards. Brock, pressured all day, completed only 14 of 34 pass attempts for 221 yards. Warren Moon was good on 17 of 33 for 257.  Eskimo K Dave Cutler accounted for 16 points
Sun Nov 16 - HAMILTON 24, Montreal 13 (30838) - With his slashing style, Obie Graves accumulated 149 yards in 18 carries. They couldn't score a TD, relying on rookie kicker Gerry McGrath for four field goals and a single.

1980 GREY CUP GAME AT TORONTO (Sunday, November 23 - 54,661)
EDMONTON ESKIMOS 48, HAMILTON TIGER-CATS 10 - The game proved to be merely a formality. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats were no match for the Eskimos. The margin of victory was the largest since Queen’s University shut out the Regina Roughriders 54-0 in 1923. The 48 points scored by the Eskimos were the most by one team at the Grey Cup since the 1956 Eskimos scored 50. The statistics were just as one-sided as the scoreboard. The Ticats were limited to 12 first downs and 201 yards in total offence, compared to 31 first downs and 606 yards for the Eskimos. Warren Moon completed 21 of 33 passes for 398 yards. Tom Scott caught 12 passes for 174 yards. His three TD receptions set a Grey Cup record.
