Jim Duncan

 

Jim Duncan was a star player at Wake Forest.  Duncan would go on to coach in the CFL as an assistant with the Saskatchewan Roughriders (1965-68) and as the head ocach of the Calgary Stampeders (1969-73).  As an assistant coach with the Riders, Dunca was with the Green and White when they won their first Grey Cup in franchise history in 1966. Duncan got his second Grey cup in 1971 with the Calgary Stampeders when they beat the Toronto Argonauts - the year of the infamous Leon McQuay fumble late in the game. Jim Duncan passed away on January 5, 2010.
