After playing at Washington State, Calvin Armstrong signed as a free agent with Edmonton for the 2008 season. Armstrong played two and a half seasons for the Eskimos, winning a West All-Star at offensive tackle in 2009. Armstrong was released by Edmonton in September, 2010 and signed with Toronto where he played one game.
