John Congemi

Congemi was signed as a free agent by Toronto prior to the 1987 season.  He played four seasons with the Argos from 1987 to 1990 with his best season coming in 1989 with 1472 yards passing.  He was traded to Ottawa after the 1990 season for kicker Dean Dorsey, defensive lineman Leonard Johnson and LB Brian Warren.  Congemi became a free agent after the 1991 season and resigned with Toronto for 1992.  The Argos released Congemi in the spring of 1993 and he did not play that season.  The expansion Baltimore Stallions signed Congemi for the 1994 season where he served as their backup QB.
