Chris Dyko was a star tackle at Washington State University and drafted in the 8th round of the 1989 NFL college draft by the Chicago Bears. Dyko played one season (1989) with the Bears. When the American expansion of the CFL started in 1993, Dyko was recruited by the Sacremento Goldminers. Dyko woulfd play 1994 for Sacremento and 1995 for the Birmingham Barracudas.
Chris Dyko was killed when he was struck by an SUVwhile riding a bicycle on December 28, 2014.
