Earl signed with the Baltimore Stallions in August of 1994 and appeared in 11 games. He was traded in August of 1995 to Memphis for future considerations. With the failure of the US based teams, Earl was signed as a free agent by Winnipeg in February of 1996. Earl retired inMay of 1997.
