Signed with BC in May of 2000 and played one season for the Lions before being released in December of 2000. Returned to the CFL in 2003 when he signed with the Toronto Argonauts. England had a huge season in 2003 with 14 sacks that earned him Eastern and All-Canadian All-Star recognition. England was released by Toronto in December of 2006.
