Pierre Gelinas

The big six foot six offensive lineman was born in Montreal and played midget and juvenile football in his home city. After attending College de Bois-de-Boulogne, Gelinas went off to Iowa State where he started 8 games in his final season. Gelinas was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian College Draft and spent the 1976 season with the Als as a backup on the offensive line.
