Reggie Hunt

Coming out of Texas Christian, Reggie Hunt signed a free agent contract with the San Diego Chargers of the NFL in 2000.  After a tour with the Scotgtish Claymores of NFL Europe, Hunt signed as a free agent with Saskatchewean in 2002. Originally, Hunt was a defensive back, but was one of the first players in the trend that started in the late 1990s of converting defensive backs into outside linebackers.  Hunt had an excellent rookie season with 89 deensive tackles and another 14 special teams tackles for a total of 103.  Hunt would then go on to win four West All-
Stars in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007, an done CFL All-Star in 2003. Hunt remained with the Green and White through the 2007 season, winning the Grey cup that final season.  Hunt joined Montreal as a free agent in 2008, and after his release by Monreal finished his career in 2009 by playing four games with Edmonton.
