George Mira

Mira was a career backup in the NFL from 1964 to 1971 with San Francisco, Philadelphia and Miami.  He signed with Montreal in 1972, splitting time in his first season with Sonny Wade.  In his second season, in 1973, Mira again split the QB duties, this time with JImmy Jones as Wade was injured for most of the season.  After being out of the CFL for three years, Mira returned to play six games for Toronto in 1977.
