Andre Rison was yet another of those big names that the Toronto Argonauts signed that didn't really pan out. In 12 years in the NFL (1989-2000), Rison caught 743 passes for 10,205 yards. After three years out of football, the Argo lured Rison North to the CFL n 2003 where he had 14 catches in 6 games before going down with an injury. Rison tried again in 2005, but played only one game.
