Brendan Rogers

Rogers was drafted by Winnipeg in the fourth round (32nd overall) in the 1991 college draft.  Rogers played five seasons in Winnipeg (1991-95), mainly on special teams.  Twice, he had over 30 special teams tackles and led the league in 1993 with 31.  Rogers left Winnipeg as a free agent in February of 1996 and was signed by the BC Lions, but released in June before the season started.  The Toronto Argos signed Rogers on July 1, 1996 and he spent four seasons wit them before being released in May of 1999.  Rogers signed for a second time with BC in June of 1999 and for a second time was released before playing a game for the Lions.  Rogers signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in July of 1999 and he played four games for the Green & White before ending his career with his release by the Riders in March of 2000.
