Tony Smith was a first round draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons in the 1992 NFL colege draft. Smith joined the Carolina Panthers in 1995, but broke his leg and missed the 1996 season. The Toronto Argos signed Smith in April of 1998. Smith played 4 games with Toronto in 1998, and then signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles.
