Wilford (White) White

Wilford (Whozzer) White played college ball at Arizona State and is a member of their Sports Hall of Fame. White was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 1951 and played two seasons before an injry ended his NFL career.

White tried a comback in 1955 and played three games in the CFL iwth Toronto in  1955. White put up some impressive stats in those three games with 11 catches for 213 yards and 3 touchdowns.

White's son Danny White was a former quarterback with the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL.

Wilford White passed away on August 1, 2013 at the age of 84.
