Mitch Zalnasky

Zalnasky was a 17th round draft pick of the Washington Redskins of the NFL in 1966.  After failing to catch on with Washington, Zalnasky came North to the CFL in 1967.  Zalnasky played two years in Winnipeg as a TE in 1967 and 1968 before injuries ended his career. Zalnasky then started a career in broadcasting with CJOB and was selected to the Bomber Hall of Fame in 2008 for his on air skills.
